It’s natural to have questions about our services. Below are some of the most common frequently asked questions. If your question is not answered then reach out and contact us.

We can make content updates, theme or stylesheet adjustments, add new plugins, configure forms and much more. From code to general WordPress issues, we’ll take care of any website task.

Tasks do not include items outside the scope of WordPress. We will let you know if your request is not included in the plan and you can authorise us to complete it at our regular hourly rate. This includes things like updating third-party applications, Search Engine Optimisation, Marketing Plans and Social Media.

If you need help with those services, please contact us for more information on how we can help.

Should you need support beyond what your monthly plan allows, we will respond with an estimate for the additional work. We will deduct any remaining support time for the month from the overall estimate.

We strive to respond to every support task within 1 business day.

Depending on the nature of the request, we may need a few days to complete it. During this time, please keep an eye on your email in case we have any follow-up questions.

Each website needs to have it’s have it’s own package. If you have more than one website, we will be happy to add it to a new plan of your choosing. Your websites can be on different plans if that makes the most sense for your business.

Our hosting plans are completely optional, but why host your site elsewhere when you can have it hosted with the team that regularly maintains your site and knows what’s best for it?

Our servers are optimised to work with your specific software to provide the best performance possible. We’ll even help you move it.

We strive to earn your business each month. Therefore, we won’t lock you into a contract and you can change your support plan or opt out of our services at any time.

No problem. We’d be happy to chat with you about your business needs. 

For security purposes, we strongly believe that email and web sites should be hosted separately. For the best email delivery and response, we recommend setting up your email with Google’s G suite. It’s very inexpensive and you can have multiple addresses for your business.
