Recently, at one of our regular Letting Agent client meetings, we were analysing the increase in leads over the last year, and where they were coming from.
What was interesting was the growth of leads from the Google My Business platform. For this particular Letting Agent, Google My Business accounted for just over 13% of their leads. This is up from zero at this time last year.
The best part of course is that these leads have pretty much zero ongoing acquisition costs.
